FAQ
Straight answers about how training, daycare and boarding work. Anything not here — just ask.
Training
How do I get started?
Call or text us to schedule an evaluation. An initial in-home evaluation ($75) is required before beginning any training session — it's how we learn your dog's needs, skills and personality before building a plan.
Where does training happen?
Private training happens in your home, where you and your dog are most comfortable. Walk-n-train sessions start at your door. Board & train takes place in Juli's home in Wildomar, with follow-up sessions at yours.
How long is a session?
Sessions are 50 minutes each and include 10 minutes of enrichment at the end. Walk-n-train is a 30-minute walk with a mini training session built in.
What methods do you use?
Positive reinforcement only — think treats and praise. We don't use prong collars, e-collars, choke chains, intimidation or fear. No shock collars, no shortcuts. Just better together.
My puppy is very young. Can we start?
Yes — ask about the Best Start Puppy package. Puppies under 14 weeks must have their first set of vaccinations and be clear of parasites; puppies over 16 weeks must have two sets of core vaccinations.
Do you work with reactive dogs?
Yes. Reactivity, manners and socialization, behavior modification, and mind/body enrichment and bonding are all part of what we do. One client's leash-reactive rescue Boxer mix even had a session at a local park.
What happens when we finish a package?
Upon completion of any package, you'll receive a certificate of completion and a unique paw-crafted art piece — created by your dog!
Daycare & boarding
Where is daycare and boarding?
In Juli's home in Wildomar, California, in a fully fenced, large play area with a dig pit, a ball pit, agility equipment, a scent garden, soft comfy beds and plenty of toys, games and enrichment. Every dog is supervised by a certified trainer.
What are daycare hours?
7am – 7pm. Daycare is $40 for up to 6 hours and $5 for each additional hour. Before- and after-hours care is available for $10 extra.
Do you board overnight?
Yes — overnight boarding in Juli's home is $70, with the same supervised days as daycare and a secure, fenced yard. Weekend getaway? She's got you covered.
Can you check on my dog at my home instead?
Yes. Drop-in visits run from 30 minutes to 2 hours at your home — potty time, a meal, midday exercise or cuddle time. A 30-minute drop-in is $30.
What is the Enrichment Room?
A room set up just for your dog: scent areas, treats, a discovery zone, confidence building, and textures and surfaces built for mental and physical enrichment. One hour is $30.
Booking & payment
How do I book?

I adopted from a shelter. Is there a discount?
